Janice Wright, MD is a physician, educator, researcher, health care leader, mother, and mindfulness teacher. She earned her master’s in science degree at McGill University, her MD from McMaster University, and her family medicine residency at the University of Toronto, Canada.
Clinically, her area of special interest is healthy aging during the peri to post-menopausal years. She has been a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor since 2003 teaching several weekly classes in addition to her daily home practice. Dr. Wright loves facilitating empowerment through knowledge acquisition, increased understanding, and self-awareness through self-inquiry and stress-reduction practices.

We are live on Zoom for 8 Tuesdays: April 8 – May 27, 2025, 1:00 pm PST/4:00 pm EST for 90 minutes each week. Timings may be subject to change.
To have ample time for learning, discussion, and personal attention, this course will be an intimate cohort of about 20 participants.

If you choose the pay-in-full payment option, you may request a refund and will receive 33% of the course fee if notice is given before the 4th class. If you choose the pay-by-instalments option, you will simply not pay your final installment (which is equivalent to 33% of the course fee).
