Your Facilitator

Janice Wright, MD is a physician, educator, researcher, health care leader, mother, and mindfulness teacher. She earned her master’s in science degree at McGill University, her MD from McMaster University, and her family medicine residency at the University of Toronto, Canada.

Clinically, her area of special interest is healthy aging during the peri to post-menopausal years. She has been a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor since 2003 teaching several weekly classes in addition to her daily home practice. Dr. Wright loves facilitating empowerment through knowledge acquisition, increased understanding, and self-awareness through self-inquiry and stress-reduction practices.

We are live on Zoom for 6 Tuesdays: April 16-May 21, 2024, 9:30 am PST/12:30 pm EST for 90 minutes each week.

As a participant, you will have lifetime access to the Hormones in Harmony Facebook Group beginning on the course start date of April 16, 2024. The Facebook Group is for sharing your successful personal progress, celebrating your fellow group members’ progress, asking questions, and sharing tips and ideas. 

To have ample time for learning, discussion, and personal attention, this course will be intimate with a maximum of 12 participants.

If you choose the pay-in-full payment option, you may request a refund and will receive 33% of the course fee if notice is given before the 4th class. If you choose the pay-by-instalments option, you will simply not pay your final installment (which is equivalent to 33% of the course fee).
